OTTAWA – A Canadian man has died after a skydiving accident near Ottawa on Friday. According to the LaSalle County Coroner’s Office 68-year-old Reginald C. Hurlbut of British Columbia was pronounced dead at Skydive Chicago. The incident is under investigation by the LaSalle County Coroner’s Office, the LaSalle County Sheriff’s Office and the FAA.
