PERU – A series of water main breaks has caused portions of Peru to be under a boil order until further notice. According to officials, areas south of US Route 6 have been affected. They ask that any resident with low or no water pressure to boil before use as a precaution. Resident in all parts of the City may be experiencing discolored and rusty water and are encouraged to allow the water to run until it clears up
