Bloomington Woman Arrested After Stabbing Homicide

BLOOMINGTON – An argument reportedly led to a man being stabbed to death early Tuesday in Bloomington. According to the Bloomington Police Department, 24-year-old Quantez Brown was taken to the hospital early Tuesday morning with a life-threatening stab wound. A suspect allegedly involved in the stabbing, 22-year-old Leila Jackson, was taken into custody. Brown succumb to his injuries later Tuesday and an autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday. Jackson is being held on a charge of Aggravated Battery at the McLean County Jail but additional charges may be coming from the McLean County States Attorney’s Office
