Authorities seeking tips regarding missing 25-year-old

PERU – A 25-year-old Danville man is still missing, and authorities are hoping anyone with any information comes forward after his vehicle was found in Peru Thursday. Authorities say Jelani J. Day was last seen on August 24th at Illinois State University in a blue button up dress shirt, black pants and black shoes. His vehicle, a white Chrysler 300, was discovered in a wooded area near the Illinois Valley YMCA. The Bloomington Police are currently working with several agencies statewide to try to locate Day, who they say disappeared after unexplained suspicious circumstances.
