Another Tri-DENT Raid Brings Heroin Charges

STREATOR – A Streator man was arrested after a Tri-County Drug Enforcement Narcotics Team Investigation. According to Tri-DENT, on Wednesday morning, Streator Police along with Tri-DENT made a warrant arrest for 54-year-old Jim R. Stillwell at his residence on the 100 block of North Bloomington Street. Stillwell was charged with a class X felony after an investigation where he allegedly delivered over 15 grams of purported heroin to agents. The investigation was assisted by the Livingston County. He was taken to the LaSalle County Jail with bond set at $ 2 million dollars.
