41 new cases of COVID-19 in LaSalle County, 2 additional deaths

OTTAWA – Forty-one new confirmed and probable cases of COVID-19 were reported in LaSalle County. According to the LaSalle County Health Department, 102 previously reported cases are recovered & released from isolation and two additional COVID-related deaths were announced on Tuesday. The additional deaths — a man in his 80s and another in his 90s — bring the county’s total to 238. There are 2,613 known, active cases of COVID-19 in the county. Streator, partly in Livingston County takes the lead in most positive cases on Tuesday, up 13 to a total of 1,315.
